Have purchased and regularly used honey from different sources and locales (Argentina, Germany, upstate NY, etc.) primarily for use in tea. Local Hive Northwest as purchased thru store's was as good as any I have tried. No complaints. Some jars in past did have crystals after opening. No loss of my usage. Price + shipping? Do the math.

I adore this honey. It’s fantastic a little pricey, but well worth it. I make fire honey out of it where you add turmeric, ginger, cayenne black pepper, and I put it in my tea. It’s fantastic and great for you.
