Letthoney’s Strawberry honey is like something out of a fairy tale! The moment I saw its pink, violet color, I knew it was special. It’s not just delicious—it’s versatile! I’ve used it to sweeten my matcha lattes, spread it on warm scones (yes, it works!).

perfect replacement for sugar. Strawberry

it’s a very sweet honey which is good because I have a bit of a sweet tooth and I love the way it flavor is my desserts when I’m out of sugar. It never overpowers it, and I love the red color that it has. definitely would buy again.

Quality and Purity Strawberry

One of the standout features of Letthoney’s honey is its claim to be 100% natural, unprocessed, and free from additives. As someone cautious about adulterated honeys (a common issue in the industry, with some brands mixing in sugar syrups or other fillers), I appreciated the transparency. While I couldn’t verify its purity in a lab, the honey’s thick texture, natural crystallization when left in a cool place, and distinct floral aroma suggested it was the real deal. It passed the “water test” I conducted at home, dissolving slowly and forming a honeycomb-like pattern, which is a good indicator of unadulterated honey.
